To be more specific, the first enquiry with the telephone operator was dealt with courteously and efficiently when she promised to call back with my salesman appointment, she did.

The salesman was polite, knowledgeable and brought a good selection of brochures and even lugged in a window which clinched the deal for us once we saw the security details. However, he never pushed us into a corner and forced us to sign on the dotted line, which gave us a better confidence in your product.

The fitters were the polite, pleasant and the cleanest workmen I have ever encountered.
